Coastline Property Service is expanding and looking for dependable people to join our exterior cleaning team.
This role involves working outdoors maintaining residential and commercial properties using professional cleaning equipment. If you enjoy physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a small hardworking crew, this could be a great fit.
No prior experience is necessary — we provide full paid training to help you learn the equipment, safety procedures, and cleaning techniques used in the industry.
About the Role
As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you will assist with a variety of property cleaning services across the Comox Valley area. Work is done at different homes and businesses each day, so the job stays active and varied.
Typical tasks may include
- Exterior surface cleaning using pressure washing and soft washing systems
- Roof and gutter maintenance
- Window cleaning
- General exterior property upkeep
- Equipment setup and job site preparation
You’ll be working outside most of the time, moving between job sites with the crew and learning professional cleaning methods. What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

A valid driver’s license is strongly preferred,
as team members who can operate company vehicles often move into higher-paying positions sooner.
Compensation
Pay depends on experience and responsibilities:
- Starting wage around $20 per hour for entry level
- $25+/hr for team members who can drive during training
- Up to $30/hr for experienced technicians
Additional earning opportunities may include:
- Performance bonuses
- Commission on certain services
- Overtime during busy seasons
