About ZownZown is building a simpler path to homeownership. Our app brings together rent rewards, home search, buying support, and services for homeowners in one place. We’re also developing an AI homeownership concierge that can help people find answers, make decisions, and manage the work that comes with owning a home.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to shape how this experience looks, feels, and works.

The roleYou’ll lead design across Zown’s mobile app and AI interface, turning a complex and often stressful process into something clear and easy to use. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and company leadership from early concepts through launch, and help build a design system that can grow with the product.

We’re looking for someone with robust product judgment and a refined visual eye: someone who can make an interface feel minimal, calm, and polished while keeping it useful and approachable.

What you’ll do

- Design end-to-end experiences across Zown’s app, including onboarding, rent rewards, home search, property details, tours, offers, and homeowner services.
- Design the AI concierge experience, including the conversation interface, suggested actions, search results, recommendations, and handoffs to people or service providers.
- Turn customer needs and product goals into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished production designs.
- Make complex information—such as homebuying steps, financial details, and service options—easy to understand.
- Build and maintain a consistent design system for mobile and web experiences.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are practical, accessible, and implemented with care.
- Use customer feedback,



product data, and usability testing to improve the experience.
- Help shape Zown’s product direction and raise the bar for quality across the app.

What we’re looking for
- Experience designing and shipping digital products, ideally mobile apps or consumer products.
- A strong portfolio that shows your thinking, visual craft, and role in shipped work.
- Excellent interaction and visual design skills, with a clear point of view on hierarchy, typography, spacing, and motion.
- The ability to simplify complicated workflows without hiding important information.
- Comfort designing conversational and AI-powered experiences, or a strong interest in learning how to make them useful and trustworthy.
- Experience with Figma and working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain the decisions behind your work.
- A high level of ownership: you can move from an open-ended problem to a thoughtful, detailed solution.

Nice to have
- Experience designing fintech, real estate, home services, or other high-trust products.
- Experience with design systems, prototyping, and usability research.
- Familiarity with AI product patterns, including search, recommendations, and human handoffs.
- Experience building products for people navigating major life decisions.
