Production Floor Worker (Night Shift) - Dauphin, MB

We are currently seeking 2 Production Floor Workers (Night Shift) to join our production team in Dauphin. These positions offer 40 hours per week with hours from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday to Thursday. In-house training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Job Summary

The Production Floor Worker is responsible for completing manufacturing operations required in the production of fabricated metal components and assemblies.

Responsibilities Include

- Manufacturing tasks including: operating hand/power tools, operating manual/automated production equipment, cleaning and packaging
- Receive training and placement in various production departments such as shipping and packaging




- Knowledge of inventory movement and inventory counting
- Work with consistent speed and accuracy in a production workplace
- Interpret part drawings and work order documents
- Record time spent and quantity produced in shop floor tracking software
- Measure and inspect parts produced per prescribed inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe workspaceQualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanically inclined
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (example: welding, machining, forklift operation, etc) is considered an assetWork Schedule:
- 10 hours/day, Monday to Thursday
