Key Responsibilities

- Producing cutting programs for the Plasma operator(s) (custom & generic)
- Assisting with closing jobs and confirming part availability from the plasma jobs.
- Running fulfillment on jobs,



analyzing parts shortages and notifying the appropriate department of such shortage.
- Ensuring job completion and investigate any discrepancies for resolution.
- Assisting with scheduling, job creation, and closing of jobs for sub-assembly operations and sub-contract operations.
- Following up/expediting job status’ with Production Lead Hands.
- Assisting with inventory control and quality assurance as required

Requirements

Required Skills

- Experience: Must possess skills, training or knowledge in ERP systems, welding, press operation, and metal cutting machinery
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to coordinate and plan work activities and the ability to problem solve
- The ability to work as a member of team.
- Capable of reading and interpreting production and assembly drawings.
- The ability to use a computer, including ERP systems
- The physical ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including but not limited to light and heavy lifting. Forklift and crane experience

Hours: Here at Jaylor you would be working a 4x10 shift, meaning you get a long weekend—every weekend. Part-time option of approximately 20 hours per week can be discussed.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.25/hour (We offer competitive wages based on skill and experience)

Work Location: This role requires you to work in person at our main location, located at 071213 10th Line, Orton ON.
