Styrok Inc. manufactures lightweight exterior cladding systems for residential and commercial buildings.

We are looking for a hands-on Production Lead to help run day-to-day factory operations. This is a working Lead Hand position — you will lead and support production employees while also working directly on the floor.

The ideal candidate has solid manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, experience leading others, and is comfortable working with tools, machinery and cement-based materials.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead daily production while performing hands-on fabrication and assembly work
- Coordinate, train and support production employees
- Mix cement-based materials and adhesives according to production specifications
- Operate production equipment (coating machine, panel saw, forklift etc.)
- Measure, cut and prepare materials accurately
- Ensure production orders are completed correctly and on schedule
- Troubleshoot basic production, equipment and process issues
- Monitor materials and supplies required for production
- Help maintain equipment, quality standards, workplace safety and factory organization
- Identify ways to improve production efficiency and reduce waste

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must have:

- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, production, fabrication or similar hands-on industrial experience
- Experience leading, training or directing production employees
- Solid mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
- Experience operating a panel saw, table saw or similar industrial cutting equipment
- Experience using industrial power tools and production equipment
- Ability to perform accurate measurements, calculations, cutting and material preparation




- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on production work
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to follow safety procedures, coordinate employees and complete production documentation
- Dependable, proactive and able to work with limited supervision

Nice to have:

- Forklift certification
- Cement, concrete, GFRC, precast, construction-material or building-product manufacturing experience
- Equipment maintenance or troubleshooting experience
- Lean manufacturing or continuous-improvement experience

Equipment training can be provided to the right candidate with strong transferable manufacturing experience. You May Be a Good Fit If You Have Worked As A:

Production Lead, Production Team Lead, Manufacturing Lead Hand, Manufacturing Team Lead, Shop Lead, Fabrication Lead, Production Supervisor or similar hands-on manufacturing role.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
