- Provide L2/L3 production support for global Investment Banking and Capital Markets applications.

- Ensure high availability, stability, incident resolution, and performance of critical applications.

- Troubleshoot Linux/Windows, SQL databases, application, and infrastructure issues.

- Manage incident, problem, change, release, and capacity management following ITIL practices.

- Develop Python/Perl scripts and automation to reduce manual effort and operational risk.

- Support batch scheduling, monitoring, CI/CD, and DevOps tools.

- Coordinate with developers, vendors, business, compliance, and technology teams.

- Maintain Confluence/Jira documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and RCA reports.

- Participate in weekend releases, disaster recovery, production checks, and risk mitigation.

- Apply robust knowledge of Capital Markets / Investment Banking workflows and continuously improve production support processes.
