What we are looking for

We are looking for an organized, curious, and dependable Programs Coordinator to support the delivery of member programs, training content, communications, reporting, and events. This junior-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating details, learning new systems, working with different teams, and helping projects move from planning to completion.

Responsibilities In this role, you will support day-to-day program delivery and help keep projects, information, and stakeholders organized.

- Coordinate program activities, timelines, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
- Help create and update Learning Centre courses, training modules, assessments, and member resources.
- Prepare program communications, presentations, reports, and digital content.
- Maintain accurate program, agreement, and tracking information in business systems.
- Gather data, monitor results, and assist with recurring performance reporting.
- Support the planning and delivery of trade shows,



congresses, educational events, and other member initiatives.
- Work with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to gather information and coordinate approvals.
- Identify practical ways to improve workflows, documentation, and program processes.
