The Project

Accountant will oversee full-cycle accounting for various real estate projects, including handling reconciliations and monitoring project costs. - Oversee full-cycle accounting for assigned projects
- Prepare reconciliations and bank statements monthly
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processing
- Track project costs, cash flows, and funding draws

- At least 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience
