Scope of the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Small Projects Sales Support Specialist to assist our Sales and Projects teams. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is driven by deadlines and accuracy.

The Small Projects Sales Support

Specialist will be responsible for quoting smaller-scale projects by working closely with vendors, interpreting technical documents, and ensuring timely and competitive pricing for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Sales and Projects teams to support quoting of small-scale projects.




- Review distribution panel schedules and project take-offs to identify materials and services required.
- Reach out to appropriate vendors to obtain accurate and timely pricing based on project needs.
- Compile vendor quotes and develop final pricing packages for customer proposals.
- Track and manage multiple quotes simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurate.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain organized records of quotes, correspondence, and vendor details.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the quoting process and support team efficiency.

Qualifications

- Experience in a sales support, estimating, or project coordination role (preferably in an electrical or construction-related industry).
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents, including panel schedules and take-offs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with estimating or quoting software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
