Duties
- Manage project timelines through effective time management strategies, ensuring milestones are met without compromising quality.

- Utilize Bluebeam for document review and collaboration to facilitate seamless communication across teams.
- Track project progress using construction management software; update stakeholders regularly on status and potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety practices.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and civil design documentation.
- Knowledge of construction management best practices coupled with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration across teams.
- Relevant certifications or training in construction management or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
