Position: Project Manager - Work within a dynamic, fast paced team to to fulfill customer requirements. Participate in daily operations at Williams and White, a rapid paced and multi-disciplinary technical environment.

● Salary Range: From $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience + extended medical dental, life/disability insurance and profit sharing bonuses

● Ideal Candidate: A detail oriented person who works quickly and effectively within a team atmosphere to assist with the machine and part production process, purchase parts and organize inventory and stock levels for mechatronic builds

Williams and White is a custom OEM providing solutions to the primary and secondary forestry/metal cutting industries for over 70 years. We are currently looking for a Project manager to join our team. The primary duty of the position is to contribute to day to day operations, purchasing and management of the supply chain for machine builds and other projects for the company.

Working with vendors and customers and other stake holders to process incoming jobs to the highest quality, on time, and on budget. This position reports to the production manager.

Skills/Experience:

Experience working in an industrial environment, interfacing with different internal business units as well as customers and vendors

- Experience using an ERP system to make execute orders and make purchases off of a BOM and follow up as necessary to make sure the parts arrive on time
- Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes (milling, turning, grinding etc)




- Expert level windows computer skills
- Experience using Solidworks CAD software
- Detail oriented
- Experience working with a domestic and overseas supply chain
- Experience working with engineering drawings in order to properly source machined or fabricated components
- Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Interpersonal skills to be successful in a team environment
- Very strong written and oral English language skills
- Ability to work with vendors and customers to provide updates, solve issues, and move projects forward
- Work within budgets and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Mandarin fluency required

Assets:

- Electrical Knowledge
- French an asset

Qualifications:

- Technical schooling or demonstrated equivalent experience in a technical atmosphere
- Windows Operating system
- MS office & Google Workspace suites
- Ability to quickly learn our ERP system (JobBOSS)
- Demonstrated ability to work with Solidworks CAD software (Reverse Engineering)
- Comfort with hand measuring tools (calipers, micrometers etc.)
- Ability to recognize and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (ASME Y14.5)
