As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of consultant agreements in one of Canada's largest rail infrastructure initiatives. Your responsibilities include managing the entire contract lifecycle, developing procurement strategies, and ensuring consultants meet their performance obligations. Successful collaboration with various teams and stakeholders will be crucial for delivering successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage the consultant contract lifecycle from procurement to closeout • Lead and mentor a team of contract coordinators • Drive procurement planning and consultant onboarding • Establish contract-control frameworks and performance tracking • Interface with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • 8-10+ years in contract management within infrastructure projects • Proven experience in procurement and consulting agreements • Strong communication skills for transparent reporting • Ability to manage priorities in a matrix project environment
