Review awarded projects, handle shop drawings and material submittals, review project changes and updates, coordinate with clients as project progresses and see through project delivery.

Qualifications preferences are as follows:

· Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in the masonry industry

· Basic knowledge of construction – in general

· Ability to read blueprints, plans and specifications

· Basic understanding of CCDC-2 Contracts

· Intermediate skills in working with Project Documents such as drawings and specifications;

· High level of skill in working with MS Office application (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and Project) and with takeoff programs (in particular On Screen Takeoff)

· Very organized and disciplined (understand and follow the organizational etiquettes and procedures);

· Team driven, high efficient,



multi-tasking and deliverable oriented (take responsibility and ownership for the assigned duties);

· Drive own vehicle and able to attend site meetings and visits in occasional basis (mandatory HSP trainings will provided if required);

· Professional, motivated to learn and a career-minded individual

· Quantity Surveyor Education is an asset

· College diploma or post-graduate certificate in industry relevant program is an asset
