Inc. is searching for an experienced, multi-faceted Project Manager to guide our breakthrough products from manufacturing trials to full-scale commercial production. As a Product Development Project Manager, you will hold a pivotal hybrid role blending product management with manufacturing operations. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, implement product roadmaps, and optimize our production processes with vendors and contract manufacturers to ensure our systems hit the market seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standards of excellence. What Would I Be Doing?

- Define and manage end-to-end project timelines, milestones, and deliverables following new product introduction through scaling commercial production and ongoing manufacturing.
- Coordinate execution with contract manufacturers, external vendors, engineering partners, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain project management tools, best practices, dashboards, schedules, action trackers, and meeting cadences




- Coordinate and drive cross-functional engineering and development teams to stay aligned with strategic commercial goals.
- Implement product roadmaps and manage product lifecycle transformations.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve manufacturing operational bottlenecks, supply chain constraints, and resource allocation conflicts.
- Ensure all product development and manufacturing operations adhere to regulatory compliances, environmental health and safety protocols, and internal Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Your Background Likely Includes:

- A degree or diploma in Engineering, Materials Science, Business Operations, or a related technical field. Formal project management training (i.e. PMP) and/or an MBA is an asset.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or product management, preferably within hardware development, cleantech, or deep-tech manufacturing environments.
- Experience coordinating technical projects across engineering, manufacturing, QA/QC, suppliers, and contract manufacturers
- Proven experience driving hardware product development and working with contract manufacturers for scaling laboratory prototypes into robust production lines.




- Strong familiarity with agile or traditional project management frameworks, project management tools, engineering workflows, and operations dashboards.
- Familiarity with quality gates, build readiness, Factory Acceptance Test/Site Acceptance Test, or manufacturing documentation is an asset

What Else Should I Know?

- This is a 12 month contract role with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.
- Evercloak has a 40-hour work week.
- This is a hybrid position with min of three day/week onsite in Kitchener, Ontario.
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Proof of credentials and a satisfactory background check is required.
- We are pleased to offer a competitive salary of $100,000-$125,000/year
