Do you have experience managing residential construction projects? Do you know how to coordinate trades, spot problems before they become expensive, and keep homeowners confident throughout a renovation?

Poly B Plumbing Guys is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to manage our projects from the initial site visit through to completion and payment.

Our ideal candidate has worked as a Project Manager or Site Supervisor for a residential homebuilder, comes from a plumbing background with strong project leadership experience, or brings a combination of both.

We specialize in replacing Poly-B plumbing and coordinating the restoration work that follows. Homeowners depend on us to protect their property, organize the trades, communicate clearly, and deliver what we promised. Your job is to make sure that happens.

From floor protection to paid—you own the process.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Initial site visits and project preparation. Attend lead call, Take videos of the project to identify removal locations, complete job sheet for # of water lines etc. assess site conditions and access requirements, identify potential challenges, and ensure the homeowner and trades understand the plan before work begins.
- Property protection and jobsite standards. Ensure floor protection, dust control, and work-area preparation are in place. Maintain clean, organized, respectful jobsites in customers’ homes.
- Managing the complete project. Coordinate plumbing, drywall, taping, texture,



painting where included, inspections, and final cleanup. Keep trades, materials, and schedules aligned so work moves forward without unnecessary delays.
- Homeowner communication. Be the customer’s main point of contact throughout the project. Set expectations, provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Quality control and problem-solving. Check workmanship and progress, hold trades accountable, resolve deficiencies, and manage scope changes through proper approval. Keep an eye on schedules and costs without compromising quality.
- Project closeout and payment. Complete the final walkthrough, ensure outstanding items are addressed, maintain accurate project notes and photos, and coordinate with the office on invoicing and payment follow-up. A project is not finished simply because the trades have left.

Who Will Succeed in This Role You understand how residential construction works and how to get different trades working together. You can walk into a home, assess what needs to happen, and turn that into a practical plan.

You are organized enough to manage multiple projects, comfortable having direct conversations with trades, and professional when dealing with homeowners. You follow through, keep accurate records,



and address problems rather than leaving them for someone else.

Experience with a residential homebuilder, renovation contractor, or plumbing company is particularly valuable. A plumbing background is a strong asset, but we are equally interested in an experienced residential construction manager who can learn our specific process.

You should be comfortable using project-management software, uploading photos, updating schedules, and keeping job information current. Experience with JobTread is an asset. A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel between local jobsites are required.
