Our client, a growing creative and brand design studio working primarily with B2B technology companies, is seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding team.

This is a fully remote, work-from-anywhere opportunity for an experienced creative Project Manager who understands agency/studio workflows and can manage multiple brand, web, presentation, and digital projects from kickoff through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage creative projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and priorities remain on track.
- Coordinate brand, website, presentation/deck, and other creative projects across internal teams.
- Partner closely with Account Managers, designers, and other Project Managers.
- Manage day-to-day workflows, timelines, feedback, deliverables, and client updates.
- Navigate Figma confidently to review creative work and facilitate feedback and handoffs.
- Use Notion to support project management, documentation, and studio workflows.
- Leverage AI tools to improve project workflows and operational efficiency.
- Ensure client-facing work is organized, polished, and presentation-ready.

What They're Looking For





- Approximately 4–5 years of Project Management experience.
- Previous experience within a creative agency, branding studio, or design environment.
- Experience managing web, branding, presentation/deck, and related creative projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma.
- Experience with Notion and comfort learning new systems and software.
- Experience using AI tools to improve or optimize workflows.
- Strong client-facing communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects within a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

- Experience working with B2B SaaS or technology clients.
- Exposure to venture capital, private equity, or emerging technology organizations.
- Experience improving creative agency workflows and processes.
