Under the supervision of the Strategy and Organizational Excellence department, the Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of the lifecycle of strategic, technological, and functional projects—from ideation to closure—by ensuring that projects are planned, executed, monitored, and delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. He or she ensures that each initiative is clearly defined, aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives, and equipped with the resources necessary for its success. He or she acts as a coordinator among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring rigorous governance and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Integrated Project Management

- Define project objectives, deliverables, performance metrics, and success criteria;
- Develop detailed project plans (timeline, budget, resources, risks);
- Establish governance structures and monitoring mechanisms;
- Ensure compliance with recognized project management methodologies (PMI, Agile,



etc.);
- Contribute to the drafting of the business case and project charter when required.

Requirements Analysis

- Analyze the needs of internal and external clients;
- Conduct scoping workshops with stakeholders to identify functional and technical requirements;
- Document requirements in the form of specifications, use cases, or user stories;
- Validate requirements with sponsors to ensure they align with business objectives;
- Prioritize requests based on their added value, feasibility, and organizational constraints.

Resource and Budget Planning

- Assess the workloads and skills required for each phase of the project;
- Develop capacity and resource allocation plans (internal and external);
- Estimate project costs (resources, hardware, software, skilled services) and establish the budget;
- Monitor the budget and take necessary action in the event of variances.
