We are looking for a Projects Manager – eDiscovery to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering technology-driven solutions to law firms, corporations, insurers and government organizations across Canada. This is an opportunity for an experienced eDiscovery professional who wants to take the next step in their career — moving beyond day-to-day data processing into leading and overseeing project ownership, client interaction, technical problem-solving and relationship management.

You will work directly with legal teams and clients to understand their requirements, develop practical eDiscovery workflows and oversee projects from data collection and processing through document review and production. The Projects Manager will help develop and direct strategic workflows for all projects, ensuring consistency and quality on project delivery.

Projects & Client Management

- Motivate and oversee the firm's Project Leaders, and develop and implement strategies and workflows;
- - Meet with clients and legal teams to understand their requirements and objectives.
- - Participate in project scoping, workflow design, timelines and cost estimates.
- Manage eDiscovery projects from initial data intake through final production.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout a project.
- Coordinate priorities, deadlines and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Identify issues early and work with clients and the internal team to resolve them.

Data & eDiscovery

- Coordinate the collection, transfer, processing and organization of electronic evidence.
- Work with load files, email, mobile data and other sources of ESI.
- Manage processing, deduplication, filtering, searching, review and production workflows.
- Assist with privilege, confidentiality, redaction and quality-control processes.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and investigate data or workflow issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure defensible processes.





Legal Technology

- Work with leading eDiscovery platforms such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Neo, and Nuix Investigate, Relativity or similar applications.
- Develop efficient workflows within eDiscovery platforms based on client and matter requirements.
- Explore and implement emerging legal technology and AI-assisted review solutions.
- Help clients understand how technology can improve the efficiency and defensibility of their matters.

Team & Professional Development

- Work closely with Project Leaders and technical specialists.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and project-management practices.
- Develop expertise across increasingly complex litigation, investigation and regulatory matters.
- Take on progressively greater responsibility as your experience grows.
- Mentor and support junior team members as you advance.

What we're looking for:Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on eDiscovery technical experience using Nuix Discover, Nuix Neo, and/or Nuix Investigate, Relativity, or other similar applications.
- At least 2 years of experience with evidence/legal case management or project management.
- Solid understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with lawyers and clients.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

An asset

- Bilingual French/English.
- Total of 8 yrs+ working in the eDiscovery industry.
- Management experience.




- Experience with AI-assisted review or legal GenAI tools.
- Experience with coding, scripting, AI skills (e.g. Python, etc).
