We're a fast-growing, founder-led group of retail and lifestyle brands based in Atlantic Canada, with stores and operations spanning Truro, Dartmouth, Halifax, and Moncton. Our portfolio spans outdoor and lifestyle retail, custom apparel, and B2B branding, alongside a collaborative partnership with a heritage Canadian apparel manufacturer. We move fast, launch often, and are looking for someone who thrives on variety, momentum, and getting things across the finish line.

Responsibilities

- Help manage and maintain the team's task list — tracking deadlines, following up, and keeping things moving
- Help execute promotions from planning through launch — coordinating timing, assets, and rollout
- Help execute product packages (bundles, kits, and package-style offers) — coordinating what's included and when they go live
- Align with the marketing/ecommerce team on newsletters and blogs — keeping content calendars on track
- Take direction well, but speak up when something's falling behind





Qualifications

- Organized — you keep track of details and don't let things slip through the cracks
- Positive attitude — upbeat, can-do energy that keeps things moving
- Open to growing with the position — this role expands as you do, and you're excited to take on more over time
- Above-average communication skills — clear, honest, and comfortable checking in with different people to keep things on track
- No specific experience required — retail, admin, or customer service background is a plus, but we'll train the right person
- Eye for detail — catches the small things before they become problems
- Creative minded — brings fresh ideas to promotions and product packages, not just execution

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
