WCG is seeking a dedicated Provider Relationship Manager to cultivate relationships and manage a network of Service Providers.

In this role, you’ll lead community engagement efforts and enhance service quality, ensuring providers exceed performance expectations. You'll also conduct regular reviews to identify priority improvement areas and develop action plans for ongoing capacity building. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee a network of Service Providers to ensure top-notch client service
- Identify and address performance improvement opportunities




- Engage with the community for better service integration
- Monitor contract management and maintain auditable records
- Manage revenue and operational expenditures effectively Requirements:
- At least 5 years in strategic leadership and contract management
- Successful Criminal Record Check
- Ability to travel regularly within Toronto
- Flexibility to work in various locations
