In this vital role, you will provide personalized care to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those receiving hospice or home care services. Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
- Support patients with medication administration following prescribed instructions and safety protocols
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a hygienic living space
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental well-being
- Help with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when required, ensuring safety for both client and caregiver
- Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies

Experience





- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism
- Experience caring for seniors, individuals with dementia or disabilities, or those receiving hospice care is advantageous
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards in healthcare settings
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility safely
- Familiarity with cleaning routines necessary for maintaining a sanitary environment in healthcare settings
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and families
