QE Engineer – Contact Center Tools, Amazon Connect, French Speaking & Test Automation

Skill Required:

- Expertise in QE with Contact Center platforms.

- IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer etc.

- Automation testing across UI & APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate etc- any of them).

- Agent Desktop Automation.

- Java core.

- Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.

- Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse) etc. Experience working in a structured scaled Agile setting.

- Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus.

- French Speaking / Testing Capabilities.
