About AlphaLeaf AlphaLeaf is a Health Canada Licensed Producer of premium cannabis flower based in Montréal. We are completing GACP certification to expand into international markets. We need a hands-on QAP to keep our documentation and compliance running smoothly as we grow.

What you'll do

- Maintain and update SOPs, batch records, and controlled documents
- Review batches and support lot release under the Cannabis Regulations (Good Production Practices)
- Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and complaint files
- Keep GACP records audit-ready, including cultivation, sanitation, pest control, and training logs
- Prepare for and support Health Canada inspections and third-party audits
- Work closely with the cultivation team to make sure every procedure is followed and documented





What we're looking for

- A diploma or degree in science (biology, chemistry, agriculture, food science) or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years in quality assurance or compliance, in cannabis, pharma, food, or natural health products
- A working knowledge of the Cannabis Act and Regulations. GACP or GMP experience is a strong asset.
- Very high attention to detail, strong organization, and comfort working independently
- Bilingual French and English is preferred
- Eligible to obtain a Health Canada security clearance if required
