- Own and improve EMCC's quality management system
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance
- Develop inspection and test plans for all products
- Manage corrective actions for nonconformities
- Champion Lean initiatives to reduce defects and rework Requirements:
- 7+ years in quality management roles
- Hands-on ISO 9001:2015 experience
- Knowledge of CSA N299 or similar standards
