About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced QuickBooks Specialists to contribute to a project focused on improving advanced AI systems. In this role, you will apply your expertise in bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and QuickBooks workflows to help train next-generation AI models.

Your work will involve reviewing accounting processes, validating financial records, evaluating bookkeeping workflows, and identifying errors or inconsistencies in financial data. You will help ensure AI systems better understand real-world accounting operations and financial management practices. No prior AI experience is required — your accounting and QuickBooks expertise are what matter.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop to complete and review accounting workflows.
- Manage invoicing, bill payments, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and review reconciliation procedures.
- Generate, review, and analyze financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
- Maintain and organize Chart of Accounts, customer records, vendor records, and financial transactions.
- Identify accounting errors, workflow inefficiencies, and data inconsistencies.
- Evaluate bookkeeping processes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting best practices.
- Document accounting workflows and provide structured feedback on financial operations.
- Support the creation of high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems.
- Collaborate remotely while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.





Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
- Robust bookkeeping, accounting, or finance background.
- Experience managing financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
- Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance Professional, or Small Business Owner.
- Experience managing accounting processes for multiple clients, departments, or business entities.
- Familiarity with financial compliance requirements and accounting best practices.
- Experience supporting month-end or year-end close processes.
- Knowledge of payroll, budgeting, forecasting, or tax-related accounting workflows.
- Experience implementing accounting process improvements and workflow optimization.
- Interest in AI, automation, and financial technology.
