Become a critical part of CN's team as a Rail Track Maintainer responsible for ensuring track safety and stability. Work outdoors, performing inspections, repairs, and installations in all weather conditions. As a Rail Track Maintainer, you will inspect, repair, and replace rails, ties, switches, and ballasts.

This role requires physical endurance and is performed outdoors, facing a variety of environmental conditions. You will utilize various tools and equipment for maintenance and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and maintain train tracks, ties, and switches
- Operate and maintain hand tools for track work
- Replace defective ties and rails, and repair surface deviations
- Manage track material distribution and unloading
- Ensure transparent right-of-way by removing vegetation and debris Requirements:
- Experience in regulatory environments preferred
- Operating heavy machinery experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license necessary
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally Support CN’s rail integrity and safety through detailed inspections and responsible maintenance practices.
