MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Toronto. The role reports to the Controller and focuses on revenue analytics, budgeting, and realty tax matters across Canadian provinces.

The ideal candidate has a Business Management degree, CPA track, 3-5 years of experience, and solid Excel skills with the ability to work with large data sets. Real estate experience is a plus, with Yardi knowledge welcomed.
