What You'll Do:

- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls with patience and efficiency
- Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and assist with check-ins




- Keep things running smoothly at the front desk

We’re Looking For Someone Who: ✅ Communicates clearly and kindly—both in person and on the phone

✅ Stays calm and organized when things get busy

✅ Has previous reception or phone experience (medical office a plus!)

✅ Is ready to start right away and hit the ground running
