In this full-time role, you'll support recruitment efforts spanning the US, Canada, and Australia within our three business units.

You'll manage the entire recruitment cycle, forging strong partnerships with hiring managers to identify and fulfill their staffing needs. The ideal candidate will excel in proactive talent acquisition strategies, ensuring seamless hiring processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding
- Establish partnerships with Hiring Leaders for aligned recruitment




- Formulate proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize social media to engage potential candidates
- Conduct data analysis to inform recruitment decisions Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience with high-volume recruitment across various roles
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
