Redison Electric is growing, and we’re looking for a strong Red Seal electrician who wants more than just another place to clock in and pull wire.

We’re building Redison into a company people are proud to work for — organized, professional, forward-thinking, and known for doing excellent work without all the chaos that often comes with the trades.

Our work is primarily residential and light commercial throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, with a mix of renovations, service, troubleshooting, upgrades and new installations.

We’re also in the process of building out a new office/warehouse that will become a proper home base for the company. As we grow, we’re investing in better systems, equipment, technology and people. We want the business to become more organized and more professional as it gets bigger — not the opposite.

This is a long-term position for someone who wants to be part of that.

Who we’re looking for

You’re experienced enough to work independently, but you’re still coachable. You take ownership of your work. You show up on time. You keep your van, tools and materials organized. You communicate when something changes instead of letting a problem become somebody else’s surprise.

You care about doing good work, but you also understand that productivity matters. You can troubleshoot, make decisions, work around other trades and communicate professionally with clients.

We’re a small team, so attitude matters. No one is above helping somebody else, cleaning up, organizing material or dealing with the less glamorous parts of getting a project finished properly.

What you’ll be doing

- Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues
- Residential renovation and new-construction electrical
- Light commercial work
- Lighting, branch circuitry and low-voltage systems
- New services, service upgrades and repairs
- Reading and working from electrical drawings
- Planning and organizing material and equipment
- Working independently and managing multiple priorities




- Coordinating with electricians, general contractors and other trades
- Communicating professionally with clients
- Following company and safety standards

What we expect

- Red Seal certification
- Minimum 2 years of troubleshooting experience
- Strong written and verbal English
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools, drill and required PPE
- Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
- Occasional overtime when projects require it, paid accordingly
- Reliable, punctual and accountable
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently without needing constant supervision
- Comfortable receiving direct feedback and continuously improving

Residential and commercial experience is preferred. Experience with Lutron systems and low voltage is an asset, but not required.
