CancerCare Manitoba is seeking a Referral Assessment Nurse to join the Central Referral Office in Winnipeg. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will triage, assess and coordinate new patient referrals, ensuring timely access to the appropriate Disease Site service providers and diagnostic tests.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support wait time data collection, and promote patient-centred care while maintaining high qualified standards.
