Responsibilities

- Prepare patients for various cardiology procedures, ensuring they understand the process and feel at ease.
- Operate specialized cardiac testing equipment such as EKG machines, Holter monitors, and stress testing systems with precision.
- Collect, record, and analyze cardiac data accurately to assist physicians in diagnosing heart conditions.
- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure all documentation complies with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues promptly to minimize testing delays and ensure optimal performance.




- Educate patients on post-procedure care and answer questions about their tests or results.
- Follow strict safety protocols and infection control procedures to protect patients and staff at all times.

Experience

- Prior experience working as a Cardiology Technician is preferred relevant training will be provided. License and registration with a regulatory body is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to cardiology is essential for accurate data collection and communication.
- Demonstrated ability to operate complex medical equipment with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to comfort patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, adhere to safety standards, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
