Bridge to Wellness Centre is a long-standing multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic in downtown Peterborough, serving the Kawarthas since 2002. Our clinic brings together practitioners from a variety of healthcare disciplines, creating a collaborative environment where practitioners work alongside one another to support our patients.

We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team as an independent practitioner.

The Opportunity

We have space available for an RMT to establish or expand their practice within our clinic.

- Treatment space available on the main level
- Practice availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- Opportunity to develop a patient base within an established multidisciplinary clinic
- Potential for word-of-mouth referrals from patients and practitioners within the clinic
- Opportunity to work alongside other healthcare and wellness professionals
- Flexible practice arrangement, with the specific rental/compensation structure to be discussed directly with the clinic owner and mutually agreed upon
- Potential access to clinic resources and support, including:
- Front desk/reception support
- Jane App booking and scheduling
- Social media and marketing support
- The extent of administrative, booking, and marketing support can be discussed based on the needs of the practitioner and the arrangement agreed upon

This is an independent practitioner opportunity, not an employee position. The RMT will be responsible for their own professional practice, registration, insurance, and applicable business requirements.

Who We're Looking For





We are looking for someone who is not only a skilled practitioner, but also someone who will be a excellent fit for our team and clinic environment.

The ideal candidate will be:

- A Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Able to obtain and maintain the professional liability insurance required to practice as an RMT in Ontario
- Professional, dependable, and personable
- A strong communicator
- Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team member
- Respectful and comfortable working alongside practitioners and staff from different disciplines
- Committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centred care
- Motivated to build their practice and contribute positively to the clinic environment
- Someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow

Experience Previous clinical experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

We understand that experience isn't everything. For a new graduate, we are happy to consider someone who demonstrates the right personality, professionalism, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to be part of a team.
