Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) & Registered Kinesiologist – Flexologist

StretchLab Port Moody & Langley | $28–$35/hour | Part-Time / Permanent

Are you a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) or Registered Kinesiologist looking to expand your hands-on experience and add a new modality to your professional skill set?

StretchLab Port Moody is growing, and we're looking for qualified RMTs and Registered Kinesiologists to join our team as Flexologists.

As a Flexologist, you'll provide one-on-one assisted stretching, including PNF-based techniques, mobility work, and customized flexibility programs.

For RMTs, this is an opportunity to diversify your physical workload away from performing massage treatments all day, while continuing to use your knowledge of anatomy, movement and client care.

For Kinesiologists, it's an opportunity to apply your knowledge of human movement, biomechanics and mobility in a hands-on, one-on-one environment.

Full StretchLab Flexologist training is provided and paid.

What You'll Do

- Deliver one-on-one 25- and 50-minute assisted stretch sessions
- Perform assisted stretching and PNF-based techniques
- Develop customized 12+ week flexibility programs
- Help clients improve mobility, flexibility and movement
- Accurately document sessions in studio software (SOAP notes)
- Build strong relationships with members and support client retention
- Follow StretchLab protocols and safety standards
- Support the studio's membership and sales process
- Maintain a clean and professional studio environment

Who We're Looking For
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) or Registered Kinesiologist (BCAK)
- Strong understanding of anatomy and human movement




- 1–2+ years of hands-on/client-facing experience preferred
- Passionate about mobility, flexibility, fitness and wellness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working one-on-one with clients
- Professional, dependable and punctual
- Motivated to build long-term relationships with clients
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Schedule
- 20–30+ hours per week
- Consistent 4–8 hour shifts
- Typical shifts: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM or 1:00 PM–8:00 PM

Consistency is important, as our Flexologists develop ongoing relationships and programs with their clients. Training & Benefits
