Our collaborative healthcare team provides integrated patient care encompassing chiropractic care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and traditional Chinese medicine. Hours of Operation The clinic is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday and 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday, allowing for flexible shift scheduling however we are looking specifically for a candidate who is available on Thursdays and Saturdays. Shifts for this position (including morning, evening, or Saturday availability) can be discussed during the interview process to suit both the clinic's demands and your personal preferences.

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide professional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans and exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s specific needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.




- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in compliance with licensing and regulatory standards.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or lifestyle adjustments.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming setting by adhering to sanitation protocols and professional standards at all times.
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

- Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach to client care.
- Ability to assess client needs accurately and develop customized treatment plans.
- Prior experience in a wellness or healthcare setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided if needed.
- Commitment to maintaining professional development through ongoing education and certification updates.
