Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy services to clients, tailored to their individual needs and health goals
- Manage your own schedule by booking appointments directly with clients
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting treatment space in accordance with health and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expectations, and aftercare instructions
- Keep detailed records of client sessions while respecting confidentiality and privacy regulations
- Promote your services through word-of-mouth, social media,



or other marketing channels to grow your client base
- Adhere to all licensing requirements, industry standards, and clinic policies at all times

Skills

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and health conditions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client concerns
- Ability to build rapport quickly and foster trusting relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with organizational skills to manage appointments independently
- Knowledge of safety protocols and hygiene practices in a clinical setting
