Role Description The Registered Massage Therapist will provide therapeutic massage treatments to patients with a variety of injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and wellness needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering treatments such as relaxation and deep tissue massage, and documenting clinical notes in accordance with professional standards. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support integrated care plans,



educating patients on self-care, injury prevention, and stress management, and maintaining a clean, safe treatment workplace.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brampton, ON, with direct patient interaction and participation in clinic-wide initiatives to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong therapeutic skills, including Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage, with the ability to tailor treatments to individual patient needs.
- Competence in specialized techniques such as Shiatsu and related modalities that support pain relief, mobility, and overall wellness.
- Ability to support patient well-being through Stress Management strategies and education on relaxation and self-care practices.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a patient-centric approach, active listening, and clear professional communication.
- Valid registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Graduation from an accredited Massage Therapy program and eligibility to practice in Ontario.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary clinical setting is an asset.
- Strong documentation skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
