Aurora Holistic Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with strong IV infusion experience to join our growing healthcare team.

We are specifically looking for an RN who is confident and experienced in IV initiation, IV infusion administration, patient monitoring, and recognizing and responding to infusion-related reactions or complications.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate peripheral IV access and administer IV infusions as ordered by an authorized prescriber.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after IV infusion treatments.
- Perform and document vital signs and patient assessments.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or complications.
- Follow infection prevention, medication safety, and IV therapy protocols.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Educate patients about their treatment and provide professional, compassionate care.
- Maintain IV equipment, supplies, and a clean and safe treatment environment.




- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.

Qualifications
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Previous hands-on IV infusion experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong IV insertion/venipuncture skills.
- Experience monitoring patients receiving IV therapy.
- Knowledge of IV infusion safety, infection prevention, and management of potential adverse reactions.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
