Overview

Sky’s The Limit Therapeutic Services is seeking Registered Social Workers, counselors, or therapists to join our growing team and provide compassionate, trauma-informed counseling to children, youth, adults, and families.

We are looking for skilled clinicians who value flexibility, independence, relationship-based practice, and culturally responsive care. Our community-based model allows you to meet clients where they are and provide meaningful therapeutic support in settings that work for them.

Evening and weekend availability is especially needed due to school schedules, with some daytime availability available for the right candidate.

Duties

- Provide individual, family, and group counseling.
- Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Support clients with emotional regulation, coping skills, relationships, trauma, grief, addictions, and other mental health concerns.




- Build strong, team-oriented relationships with clients and families.
- Provide community-based therapeutic support.
- Maintain professional clinical documentation and case notes.
- Provide crisis support when required.
- Collaborate with other professionals and community resources.
- Participate in team consultation, supervision, and professional development.
- Incorporate culturally grounded, trauma-informed, attachment-informed, and strengths-based approaches.

Pay: $70.00-$100.00 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 – 10.0 per week
