Duties

- Provide professional consultation to clients regarding Canadian immigration options, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate immigration applications on behalf of clients, ensuring all documentation complies with government requirements.
- Stay current with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to offer up-to-date advice and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with government agencies, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth application processing.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client cases to determine eligibility and recommend appropriate immigration pathways.




- Maintain detailed case files and records in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Educate clients about their rights, responsibilities, and expectations throughout the immigration process.

Experience

- Valid registration as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
- Proven experience in Canadian immigration consulting or legal support related to immigration matters.
- Strong understanding of federal and provincial immigration programs, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to stay informed about evolving immigration regulations through continuous professional development.

Pay: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
