Reliability Technician

Toronto waterfront | Full time | $46–$54 per hour

Build your career in industrial reliability with a consistent weekday schedule and a dedicated customer site. Predict Industrial Reliability is hiring a Reliability Technician to support a major industrial facility on Toronto’s waterfront.

You’ll be the on-site reliability resource, using condition monitoring to identify developing equipment problems, help the maintenance team plan repairs, and keep critical machinery running.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime opportunities available.

What you’ll do

- Collect and analyze vibration data on rotating equipment, identify developing faults, and provide clear recommendations.
- Perform infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, and oil sampling.
- Carry out on-site fan balancing.
- Support non-destructive testing inspections and other reliability work.
- Work directly with the customer’s maintenance team to help plan repairs and reduce unexpected downtime.

What you bring

- Level II vibration analysis certification — required.
- Experience working in an industrial facility.
- Education or training as a 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright, Mechanical Technician or Technologist,



or Electrical Technician or Technologist.
- The ability to work independently and communicate technical findings clearly.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in thermography, ultrasound, oil analysis, alignment, or balancing is an asset.
