About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic technical leadership and guidance for all mining engineering disciplines.

Requirements

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Mining Engineering or a closely related field.

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in mining engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or chief engineer role.

Proven expertise in both open-pit and underground mining operations.

Strong understanding of mine planning, design, ventilation, rock mechanics, and processing.

Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills for remote team management.

Demonstrated experience in driving operational improvements and implementing new technologies.
