About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Remote Catering Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their catering operations across multiple locations. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing supply chains, ensuring quality control, and driving efficiency through innovative solutions, all from a remote setting. This role requires exceptional leadership, logistical expertise, and a deep understanding of the catering industry. You will play a critical role in enhancing operational performance, reducing costs, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery for clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability of catering services nationwide.
- Oversee supply chain management, vendor relations, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Establish and enforce stringent food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Manage and mentor remote operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.




- Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of catering operations.

Requirements

- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in catering operations management, with a significant portion in a remote or multi-site capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale catering operations and optimizing supply chains.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in operations management software and remote collaboration tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
