About the Role

Our client, a pioneering remote-first Recruitment Consultancy, is looking for a motivated Remote Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand their client base, serving the Kimberley market and beyond. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and understanding their recruitment needs. You will play a crucial part in the company's expansion by securing new mandates and contributing to strategic business development initiatives, all from the comfort of your home office.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and sectors.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective recruitment solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and pitches to potential clients.




- Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure seamless service handover and client satisfaction.

Requirements

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the recruitment or HR services industry.
- Solid understanding of the recruitment process and talent acquisition challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve targets in a remote setting.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
