About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Remote Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage cleaning operations across multiple sites from a remote location. This is a pivotal role requiring strong organizational and communication skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for remote cleaning teams and site managers. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards, all managed through digital platforms and virtual communication tools. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of remote cleaning staff through virtual check-ins and performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards.
- Conduct virtual site inspections and quality assessments using provided tools and reports.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement and distribution to various sites.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on best practices, safety procedures,



and new cleaning technologies.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions across all managed locations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in cleaning management, facility management, or a related supervisory role.
