Intouch Insight is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a small sales team in Ottawa, combining coaching with hands-on selling. This player-coach role involves removing roadblocks, managing house accounts, and driving revenue across mid-market and enterprise segments.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable traveling, and skilled at leveraging CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and AI tools to sharpen the sales process. Base salary 120k-130k CAD plus incentives.
