Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor a geographically dispersed team of recruitment consultants and sourcers.

- Drive business development efforts, identifying current client opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.
- Implement and optimize recruitment technologies and processes for a remote workforce.

Requirements

- Significant experience (6+ years) in agency recruitment, with a substantial portion in a management or leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in managing and developing remote or distributed teams.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- Expertise in various recruitment methodologies and sourcing strategies for global talent pools.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong proficiency with modern recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
