About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Remote Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies to join their fully distributed technology team. This role is essential for guiding software development projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and effectively in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

- Lead Agile software development projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources in an Agile environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders across different locations.
- Identify and remove impediments, fostering a productive and self-organizing team environment.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks,



and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
- Provide coaching and mentorship on Agile practices to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with at least 5 years focused on Agile software development projects.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification (e.g., PSM, SAFe Agilist) is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing complex software projects using Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, particularly in remote settings.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
