Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Renovation Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of renovation projects, transforming spaces with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will help bring clients’ visions to life, ensuring high-quality finishes and durable results.

Duties

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide renovation work
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components including cabinetry, drywall, siding, flooring, tile, and roofing materials
- Perform concrete forming and rebar installation for foundational work and structural elements
- Execute masonry tasks such as bricklaying and stonework with precision and safety in mind
- Conduct restoration projects that involve drywall repair, painting, caulking, and finishing touches to restore buildings to their original condition or improve them further
- Install plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and HVAC systems where required by project scope
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for heavy lifting, assembly, or detailed craftsmanship
- Assist in construction estimating by providing accurate measurements and material requirements for project planning




- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly

Experience

- Proven experience in carpentry or renovation projects within residential or commercial settings
- Robust knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, siding, roofing, and cabinetry installation
- Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and rebar installation processes
- Ability to operate CNC machines or manufacturing equipment is a plus but not required
- Skilled in masonry work including bricklaying and stonework
- Experience with plumbing installations and electrical wiring is advantageous
- Knowledge of construction estimating procedures and project management practices
- Handyman experience or general construction experience that demonstrates versatility across multiple trades is highly valued
