Optima Living is seeking a Recreation Manager to lead resident wellness, engagement and quality of life at the GNDV facility. You will develop diverse programs, supervise the recreation team, and foster an inclusive, protected environment aligned with person-centered care.

You will collaborate with care teams, families, and community partners to plan events, monitor program outcomes, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting resident dignity and independence.
